Which properties are you the right partner for?
We manage commercial property, apartment buildings and condominiums in Zurich, Zug and Lucerne, large and small. Every property gets the same care.
Do I have to write the notice myself?
No. We prepare the letter, you only sign it.
What happens to the documents from my current manager?
We take over leases, accounts, plans and correspondence directly and check them for completeness.
How do my tenants learn about the change?
They receive a letter in good time with new contact details and payment information.
How large should the renewal fund be?
It depends on the building's age and condition. We prepare an investment plan and propose suitable contributions.
Do I need to be in Dubai for my apartment?
No. With a power of attorney we handle letting, Ejari registration, authorities and maintenance.
